At Forest Grove Counseling and Consultation, we are unable to provide crisis intervention services.
If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 988 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.
Services provided in-person are held in our office, which is located in Bend, Oregon.
Clients attending sessions via telehealth must be located in Oregon.
Individual Counseling.
Individual counseling provides a space for your unique story to be told and heard.
Through counseling, my hope is that your experience is validated, you learn to embrace parts of your lived experience that are meaningful to you, discover what is possible, and discard parts that are no longer fitting.

Couples Counseling.
Let’s face it- being in a relationship can be fulfilling… and it can be difficult! Couples and marriage counseling offers a space to explore issues related to trust, intimacy, and connection.
Through couples counseling, my hope is that you are able to deepen your connection, feel understood by and better understand your partner(s), and grow together.

Family Counseling.
Families are complicated! Family counseling offers a space to explore sibling and intergenerational relationships, parenting styles, and (often unspoken) family rules and values.
I hope to demonstrate and advocate for the worth and dignity of all families.

Interested in learning more about a specific topic? I offer consultation and workshops about a variety of topics. Examples include but are not limited to: group work basics, communication in couples, basics of supervision.

Office Policies.

Payment Policy.
Payment is due at the time of service, every session.
As of April 2023, I am credentialed with Pacific Source. For those not covered by Pacific Source, I am able to supply a superbill and invoice.
I accept cash, check, and most credit cards.
Cancellation Policy.
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations made less than 24-hours in advance are subject to a $100 fee.
Late Policy.
We are not able to proceed with a session if you are more than 10 minutes late.
Should you arrive late for your appointment, we are generally unable to make up for the lost time and are not permitted to give discounts.
